Every day, we personally select our fish in Milan and from local fishermen in Engadine. Only products that arrive alive in our kitchen are cooked: freshness is our hallmark.
Alongside the sea, we celebrate the Alpine region: pizzocheri from Valtellina, chestnut ravioli from Bregaglia, local cheeses, and seasonal game. This balance between sea and mountains is what makes us unique.
